This parameter specifies the name of the started task or job in which the TCP/IP protocol stack is<br />

running. SEND-EMAIL view cannot work without specifying a valid value for this startup parameter.<br />

Contact your network administrator to determine this name.<br />

Note for z/OS:<br />

If an invalid value has been specified as TCP-STACK, the SEND-EMAIL requests produce error message<br />

ESY5897 Mailer response: errno 1011 in EZASMI INITAPI as ERROR-TEXT reporting errno 1011<br />

(EIBMBADTCPNAME).<br />

Note for z/VSE:<br />

Currently this value is ignored by the TCP/IP stack products, however it may be required in future<br />

releases.<br />
