Plastizitäts-Meßgerät
Für die schnelle Messung der Plastizität von
Frischbeton und anderen Mischungen, auch zur
Erkennung von Wasserüberschuß.
Das Meßsystem ist direkt mit der Flügelsonde
verbunden, auf die die Scherkraft einwirkt.
Die gewonnenen Meßwerte können leicht mit
denen des Abrams-Slump-Tests verglichen und
in Beziehung gesetzt werden.

Plasticity meter
Used for quick and easy measurements of
the plasticity of mixtures especially concrete,
and so to detect rapidly any excess of water.
The measuring system is related to the shear
strength applied by a three blade head to
the mixture under test.
It is possible to measure the plasticity at several
different points and directly in the mixture, with
multiple checkings. The obtained values can be
easily compared with the values got by the
Abrams Slump Cone Test.

Die Arbeitsweise beruht auf der Drehmomententwicklung
einer im Frischbeton rotierenden
Sonde. Aus Drehmoment und im Gerät gespeicherten
Betonrezepturen können Ausbreitmaß,
Wasser/Zement-Wert und zu erwartende
28-Tage-Druckfestigkeit ermittelt werden.
