Conditions of Sale This catalogue cancels any previous issues. All varieties are offered subject to availability, we reserve the right to alter prices anytime throughout the season. Every effort is made to see that our stock is correctly named and of the highest quality, however, neglect, poor planting conditions, adverse weather conditions and damage by animals could lead to plants failing. It is therefore impossible for us to consider complaints fourteen days after purchase. Plants will be replaced at our discretion on the understanding that the whole plant is returned along with the label and proof of posting within fourteen days. The placing of an order or the acceptance of a plant implies the acceptance of these conditions. The descriptions and photographs in this catalogue are intended as a guide only, planting varieties in different aspects and climates can have an effect on colour, height and flowering. Mail Order (Next Day UK) Because we care about the condition of our plants we operate a next day delivery service, this does not allow them to suffer while being left in a box for a week or more in transit. This is an all year round service. delivery days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We would appreciate it if you could give us a day and date you will be home (or we could send them to your work place) as we require a signature on delivery. If you can not receive the plants they may be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place of your choice without a signature at your own risk. Payment can be made by cheque, postal order or credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to Taylors Clematis with your name and address written on the back. If you wish to pay by credit card please fill in the box on the order form and double check your details are correct. Plants will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
