Portions ofthe northwest and northeast quarters, north of thecounty road are not included in the property. Theforested area is predominantly mature aspen. Sixfields seeded to forage are located on the property,and one main wetland is located near the southernportion. Wildlife found in the area includes moose,white-tailed and mule deer, black bear, grouse,waterfowl and a variety of small mammals andsongbirds. Common wildlife found on the propertiesincludes white-tailed deer, moose, wolf, beaver, blackbear, lynx, hare and a variety of other small gameand bird species. It consists ofgrasslands with a small wooded portion adjacent toAtim Creek.
