We all need to be careful with how much time we spend in the sun and make sure that we protect<br />

our skin properly . health Canada <strong>of</strong>fers these sun safety tips .<br />

55Plan to be outside in the early morning or 55Use a sunscreen that says “broad spectrum”<br />
