Facility Discount Booklet<br />
<strong>Christchurch</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong> Recreation and Sports brings the<br />
KiwiAble Leisure Card to you.<br />
The Leisure Card offers discounts at various sport, leisure and<br />
recreation facilities throughout Canterbury for disabled people.<br />
You qualify for the card if you are:<br />
• On long term ACC (52 weeks or more) OR<br />
• On the Invalids or Sickness Benefits OR<br />
• On the Superannuation and Disability Allowance OR<br />
• Under the age of 16 and receiving the Child Disability<br />
Allowance or a member of a recognised disability<br />
organisation (If not a member of an organisation, a letter of<br />
confirmation from your doctor or school is required)<br />
Please note that these discounts are valid until January 2015<br />
unless otherwise stated.<br />
