They tumble together with grace and style! They make it alllook so easy. We know that that's not really true. It takes alot of time and effort to perfect gymnastics. There's nothinglike starting out on the right foot. The Aerial Aires do thisby starting each class with a devotional thought and prayer.Then they get right into their warm-ups, which consist of alot of stretching and exercise. Afterwards, they start towork on their routine. Doing the routines takes a lot ofwork and cooperation. It's team work that makes it allhappen. Performing their tumbling routines aren't all theteam members do. During their trips, they take time out forpeer counseling. Letting kids know that smoking, drugs,and alcohol are not healthy and it's OK to say NO! They'remaking their captain - Jesus - very proud.95
