(Note:When Special <strong>Operation</strong>s Forces operate solely in their ownchannels, the Special <strong>Operation</strong>s Forces CWT or SOFWOCwill be the lead weather unit).1.11.2. The lead weather unit will develop a single CMEF operation composed of multiple unit missions,<strong>and</strong> ensure all weather technicians involved have access to the pertinent data, web sites, <strong>and</strong>contact information (see below for specifics).1.11.2.1. OWSs are responsible for developing the suite of <strong>Operation</strong>al/Theater-scale graphicsproducts for its AOR. The lead weather unit will use all applicable OWS graphics products forCMEF development. If the applicable OWS does not generate a specific graphics product neededto accomplish the mission, the lead weather unit will coordinate with the OWS to ensure the dataare available in time for generating the CMEF.1.11.3. The Lead <strong>Weather</strong> Unit will perform the following tasks during the pre-mission coordination:1.11.3.1. Contact all units providing weather services to operational units participating in the mission.The lead unit will collect information on the types of missions involved (e.g., aerial refuel-
