The building methods, style andmaterials all suggest that the structure is older than 60 years. Specifically the use of sun dried bricks andchalk plaster is common in the construction techniques from the 1920’s – 1950’s. Photo 12 Building materials and techniquesThe inside of the structure also shows indications of fittings associated with the historic era between 1920and 1950. Some of these are the wooden door frames as well as the wooden floor boards used in thecommon room areas of the house.
