Vi må nu kun vande planter mellem16:00 og 19:00 om eftermiddagen/aftenen på 3dage om ugen. Jeg har 4 små træer, jeg plantedei potter udenfor i haven, men når jeg kommerhjem fra arbejde ved 18:00 tiden, er det mørkt.Så med vandkande i den ene hånd oglommelygte i den anden går jeg hen tilvandhanen, men <strong>in</strong>den jeg når hen til den,rammer mit hoved <strong>in</strong>d i grenene fra en busk vedsiden af vandhanen. Tænk på alleældre mennesker, måske med en dårlig ryg, derbærer rundt på tunge vandkander i stedet for atbruge en haveslange!Det ville være rart og forårsage færre uheld, hvisman måtte bruge vand, når man gerne ville ogtil, hvad man har lyst til, sålænge man ikkebruger mere end s<strong>in</strong> kvote (ration). PRESIDENT’S REPORT<strong>The</strong> Pølsevogn night went well with limited attendance due to the Easter and schoolholiday break. Cafe Danmark.Cafe Danmark Fredag d. 27 maj,2007 var vel besøgt ligesom detidligere Cafe Danmark aftener.Omsæt<strong>in</strong>gen i køkkenet var god, oggæstekokken Benny's fiskefrikadellervar populære og et dejligt <strong>in</strong>dslag.Nogle australske gæster smagtefiskefrikadeller for første gang, og denød dem!Smørrebrødet var også lækkert og altblev nydt med god appetit.Mange medlemmer kommer til CafeDanmark, fordi det er en afslappetaften, hvor man kan få sig en sluddermed venner og bekendte.Det uhøjtidelige samvær på disseaftener er bare dansk hygge, når dener bedst. Det er en aften, hvor manogså gerne <strong>in</strong>viterer s<strong>in</strong>e australskevenner med, og det behøver ikke atblive en dyr eller sen aften, men engod mulighed for lidt dansk mad ogdrikke.Cafe Danmark er også den aften,hvor der er mulighed for at bestille ogkøbe dansk bagerbrød fra Britt’sBakery (se annoncen på side 4).Der er ofte også andre boder medforskellige t<strong>in</strong>g til salg, f. eks.
