If you are still unhappy you can submit yourcomplaint <strong>to</strong> the Scottish Public <strong>Services</strong>Ombudsman. <strong>The</strong> complaint must besubmitted <strong>to</strong> the Ombudsman within twelvemonths of the complainant first notifyingthe <strong>Council</strong> about the complaint. <strong>The</strong>Ombudsman may carry out an independentinquiry in<strong>to</strong> the conduct of the <strong>Council</strong> inrelation <strong>to</strong> a complaint or grievance.
