New countries preparing to participate inthe <strong>Lifelong</strong> <strong>Learning</strong> <strong>Programme</strong>• Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro may become eligible toparticipate in the in the LLP in 2013 as participating countries.• The eForm for Call 2013 anticipates their participation.• Applicants must ensure that the minimum eligible number of partnerorganisations and countries in an LLP application can be reached withoutthe participation of partners in these countries.• If the formal steps are not completed on time, organisations from thesecountries can continue to participate in the programme as Third Countrypartners.
