to a greater number <strong>of</strong> fellows living at any one time than shall be specified in thestatutes.Duration <strong>of</strong> theclericalFellowships.AND we do hereby further will, declare, and direct, that the two clerical Fellows <strong>of</strong> thesaid college shall vacate their fellowships by marriage, or by possessing property orecclesiastical preferment <strong>of</strong> such yearly value as shall be specified in the statutes <strong>of</strong>the said college.Scholars to beadmitted.AND we do hereby further will, declare, and direct, that pupils <strong>of</strong> the respective ranks<strong>of</strong> Fellow-commoners, Pensioners and Sizars, be admitted into the said intendedcollege in the same manner as they are admitted into other colleges, in the saiduniversity ; and that they be instructed and educated in law, physic, and such otheruseful learning as is generally taught in other colleges, and that they shall be subjectto the usual academical discipline.A building fundto be set apart,under thedirection <strong>of</strong> theCourt <strong>of</strong>Chancery.AND we do hereby further will, declare, and direct, that out <strong>of</strong> the revenues <strong>of</strong> the saidcollege there shall be, in the first place, set apart so much as shall be necessary to beapplied in erecting proper buildings for the said college, together with any other fundsapplicable for that purpose, under the direction <strong>of</strong> our said Court <strong>of</strong> Chancery; andthat when such buildings shall be completed to the satisfaction <strong>of</strong> our said court, or aproper fund shall be set apart, under the order <strong>of</strong> our said court, for that purpose, theMaster, Pr<strong>of</strong>essors, and Fellows <strong>of</strong> the said college, shall receive, by and out <strong>of</strong> theremainder <strong>of</strong> such revenues, if sufficient for that purpose, after defraying all othernecessary expences and disbursements, the stipends following: that is to say, theyearly stipend to the Master <strong>of</strong> the said <strong>College</strong> shall be £600; and the yearly stipendto each <strong>of</strong> the Pr<strong>of</strong>essors <strong>of</strong> the said college £200; and the yearly stipend to each <strong>of</strong> theFellows <strong>of</strong> the said college, £100; but if there shall be any deficiency in the revenues<strong>of</strong> the said college, in that case the said several stipends shall abate in proportion; andif there shall, at any time, be any surplus <strong>of</strong> such revenues, after payment <strong>of</strong> the abovestipends and other disbursements, the same shall accumulate forxiv
