A copy of theagenda is posted on the south door of the <strong>Claremore</strong> Service Center, 102 W 10 th St. and the north door of theEnrollment Center, 101 W 11 th St. Copies are distributed to people in attendance at the <strong>Board</strong> meeting.The <strong>Board</strong> may vote to convene in executive session to discuss any matter on this agenda for which anexecutive session may be held under Oklahoma law.The <strong>Board</strong> of Education may discuss, make motions and vote upon all matters appearing on this agenda.Such votes may be to adopt, reject, table, reaffirm, rescind or take no action on any agenda item.The posting of the agenda shall not preclude the <strong>Board</strong> from considering "new business" not appearing on theagenda. "New Business" as used herein, shall mean any matter not known about or which could not bereasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting.I. PROCEDURAL ITEMSA. Call meeting to order – 7:00 p.m.B. Recognize and hear from visitorsThe floor is open at this time for any resident(s) of the <strong>Claremore</strong> <strong>Public</strong> School district to address the <strong>Board</strong>of Education on items PERTAINING TO EDUCATION and/or THE OPERATION OF THE SCHOOL.At this time no person may present complaints or orally discuss charges or complaints against individualschool board members or individual employees of the <strong>Board</strong>. All such charges or complaints shall go throughthe regular complaint procedures and be presented to the <strong>Board</strong>, through the Superintendent of <strong>Schools</strong>, inwriting, signed and verified by the person making the complaint. According to <strong>Board</strong> Policy B-PB allcomments are to be limited to five minutes.Items I-F, I-G and I-H which concern reports and items of a routine nature frequently approved at boardmeetings, and will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on anyor all of these items.
