<strong>0.4</strong> <strong>First</strong> <strong>year</strong> <strong>project</strong> <strong>report</strong>At the end of the first <strong>year</strong> of the Project implementation, Technical and Financial Reports are made, for eachpartner and the Consortium as a whole. Consortium Reports will be sent to the EC, while all the <strong>report</strong>s will beavailable, as internal document for Consortium members on the <strong>project</strong> web site.3.1 Compilation of peer review boards via intra-Tempus <strong>project</strong> coaching & organisation ofpeer review board meeting - Zagreb, CroatiaTeachers, researchers and expertise will be introduced into <strong>project</strong> activitities. Project outputs will be accomplished by<strong>project</strong> members from different countries. For effective execution an internal network needs to be established. Highlymotivated teachers and researchers will be acquainted with individual themes and with the input they will provide.Partner teams will be coached by the main <strong>project</strong> team, which in this <strong>project</strong> is the Croatian team.Dynamics, interactions and the purpose of activities will be reviewed by the board of expertise. The board of expertisewill consist of <strong>project</strong> members from Pula, Zagreb and Split. The review of individual activities will provide status updatebut it will also assist <strong>project</strong> team members in further <strong>project</strong> execution.The reviewing board of expertise will consider the infrastructure needed for executing activities. Together with theinfrastructure, staff costs and printing costs will be fine-tuned..
