Between 1996-2000 were madeobservations both on the adults and on the larvae belonging to the 17 species ofRhynchitidae and Attelabidae in the Sibiu Depression, Vdlcea County and Covasna. Themember of collecting points was 42. For completing the data we appealed to the preservedmaterial as well (1525 samples) belonging to different collections all over the country. Thecorrelation plant-rinchitid, attelabid must be regarded like a permanent process ofadaptation, step by step, which favours the existence of both categories of organisms,provides the persistence in time and space of their populations and at last the persistence of thesystem.

Because, the European Union legislationbesides Romanian legislation has plus the characteristics which have to be analysed, inour work we succeed to determine the somatic cells number and the bacterium permillititre. This study was accomplish in Sibiu area at different dairy farms.KEY WORDS: milk analyse, protein, fat substance, lactose, Lactostar,ColonYstar, electron microscope, bacterium, somatic cell.
