Msgr. Richard BehlFor the past 3 years, I havepastured Saint Thomas theApostle Parish in Old Bridge. Ialso serve as Diocesan Directorof the Pontifical MissionSocieties and as Chair of theDiocesan Commission for Pro-Life Action; and am a member ofthe Board (and Chair of theEducational Committee) of thePontifical Societies in the USA.For 12 years, I was Rector of St.Francis Cathedral in Metuchen,where St. Joseph’s hascelebrated so many graduations.During my dozen years inMetuchen, I came to know manyFalcons who were SFCparishioners, as well as manyBrothers of the Sacred Heart,who I hold in such high regard.My hope in serving on the Boardof Governors focuses on aconcern that St. Joseph HighSchool students not only receivestrong academic religioustraining, but that they are avibrant part of their individualparish families, living andwitnessing Christ’s Gospel andHis values in today’s confusedsociety.Michael Chadwick ’89I am married to Shannon andhave four children: Max, Abby,Ben and Lily. I am currentlyVice President of Sales andOperations for Riverside SupplyCo. in Sayreville, NJ. Besides theSt. Joe’s Board of Governors, Iam currently in the ParishCouncil and the Father’s Club atImmaculate Conception inSpotswood. I became involvedat St. Joe’s several years afterreturning from college byvolunteering for the GolfCommittee and serving forapproximately 10 years. Whileon that committee, Dave Bixeltook me under his wing and gotme involved with some otherprojects at St. Joe’s, includingthe Executive Committee. Thelove and passion that Mr. Bixelhad for the school spread toeveryone he was in contact with,and I was motivated by him todonate as much time as possibleto St. Joe’s. As the father of twoyoung boys that look forward toattending St. Joseph High Schoolin the next few years, I hope tobe able to complement the otherboard members’ ideas andtalents as we all strive tocontinue St. Joe’s tradition ofexcellence.Reid Jackson ’90I am a member of the St.Joseph graduating class of 1990.I later graduated from RutgersUniversity in 1994. I grew up inMilltown, NJ and now live inRumson with my wife, Kristin,and our 3 children. I am thePresident of Global Recruiters ofRed Bank, an executive searchfirm that focuses on placingsales people and pre-salessystems engineers with ITmanufactures across NorthAmerica. I also coach theRumson Fair Haven VarsityLacrosse Team. At St. Joe’s, Iplayed basketball and lacrosseall 4 years, and am a member ofthe St. Joe's Hall of Fame (Iactually played lacrosse for the1998 USA National Team, andprofessionally in the MLL). It isan honor for me to be on theBoard and have the opportunityto give back to an institutionthat has provided so much forme. Leaving St. Joe's in 1990, Iwas excited about the futureahead of me, and I realized veryquickly that St. Joe's trained meon so many levels to takeadvantage of the opportunitiesthat were provided. Theacademic, athletic and socialnetwork that St. Joe's providesis very hard to beat. Being onthe Board, I hope to help guidethe school in its evolution byproviding guidance on technicaladvancements, contacts andcampus development.4
