Recognition and CongratulationsCONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU TO......Kristen McDaniel for making the Episcopal All-Tournament Team.She was one of 12 players to be selected.… the Varsity Volleyball team for successfully defeating Newman.…the Freshman volleyball team for their win.…the JV volleyball team for a valiant fight in their game.…the SSA swim team who placed first out of 13 teams at the relaymeet.…Alexis Barcia (JV) and Lindsey Berns (Fr) were named to theLakeshore All-Tournament Team.…VB matches against Mandeville September 14 was hardfought…highlights Christina Wurm had nine kills, nine digs andone block; Audrey Gitz had eight kills, six digs, and five assists;Mary Grace Gitz had 35 assists, six kills, two digs, two aces andtwo blocks; Billie Delahoussaye with 11 digs, one kill and KristenMcDaniel six kills and a dig; Whitney Amato – five kills and oneblock. GO DOVES!…SSA’s AquaDoves took home the gold at a relay meet held atUNO’s natatorium. Brooke Vinturella - 1st in the 200 yardindividual medley and 2nd in the 500 yard freestyle. Liana Soileau- 2nd in the 200 yard freestyle and 2nd in the 100 yard butterfly.Kristen Jennings - 2nd in the 100 yard backstroke. The team alsoplaced 1st and 2nd in the 400 yard freestyle relay and 1st and 2ndin the 200 yard freestyle relay.…the cross country Varsity team placed 5 th out of 20 teams at theEpiscopal Round Table Run.
