Planning Behavior Expectations for an Instructional Activity

“I’ve come to a frightening conclusion that Iam the decisive element in the classroom. It’s mypersonal approach that creates the climate. It’s mydaily mood that makes the weather. As a teacher, Ipossess a tremendous power to make a child’s lifemiserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or aninstrument of inspiration. I can humiliate orhumor, hurt or heal.
