Pleon relatively long; pleonite 6 slightlylonger than pleonite 5. Telson subtriangular or lingui<strong>for</strong>m,spinose on distal half or on entire margin. Eyestalkstruncate, without visual elements or with afew ommatidia on distolateral corner. Antenna 1,2nd segment of peduncle not shortened. Antennalscale with rounded apex, margin setose. Mandiblewith well developed incisor and molar; 2nd and 3rdsegments of palp each with row of strong spines.First maxilla with 2-merous reflexed palp ending inlong seta. Maxilliped quite setose; penultimate segmentof endopod with broad medial lobe; exopod anunsegmented oval plate; epipod rather long and narrow.Pereopod 1 with exopod longer than endopod;endopod prehensile.
