Bu Zheng Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that has its foundation in Chinese medicine. These slow, gentle movements can be done standing or sitting by anyone, regardless of age or physical limitations. Qi Gong shares many of the health benefits of Tai Chi, but does not require repetitive practice or extensive movement.
