Theoutside placement of a soft drink dispenser when associated with a water cooling systemmay be approved by the Commission.(L)Hours of OperationWhen operations are in close proximity to residential areas and it is found necessary toestablish guidelines for limitations on the hours of operation, the Commission shallestablish regulations on the merit of each individual application.
