Operating budget process>> Council Review and ApprovalFollowing the Finance and Executive Team review, the 2013 Proposed Operating Budget is prepared andpresented to the City Council. As a result of the positive feedback received from the 2012 budget process, the2013 budgets were also presented and approved on separate nights. As a result, Council heard three separatepresentations representing the proposed operating budgets for the City’s non-tax supported, tax supportedCity departments and local boards and shared services operating budgets.
