Dr.Hovden is a SpearInstitute facultymember, was afaculty member of theHornbrook Groupand has been awardedseveral honors from theAmerican Academy ofCosmetic Dentistry.Dr. Hovden’s lecture, “Doit once! Do it right! Creating Predictability in YourDental Office,” focused on topics such as predictingesthetic outcomes from implants, implementing dentalphotography in a practice and predictably controllingsoft tissue margins.Attendees also received an update on theLDA’s fluoridation initiative during lunch fromLDA consultant, Randy Hayden, of CreativeCommunications, Inc. He announced that any dentistwilling to volunteer to present information to theirlocal communities on the topic can use and addinformation to a prepared power point that he canLDA Council on the New Dentist and RobertEllis & Associaties Offer “Last Chance” forC.E.
