Eligibility Criteria1) Satisfactory completion of at least one single work of similar nature costing not less than 35% of theadvertised tender assessed cost of the tender in last 3 financial years( i.e. current year and 3 previousfinancial years).2) Receipt of a minimum total contract amount of 150% of the advertised tender assessed cost of thetender during the last 3 years( current year and 3 previous financial years) or payment certificate requiredfrom the employer or audited balance sheet/auditor's report by Regd. Chattered Accountant in support ofhis eligibility as per aforesaid.Tender form will be submitted in scheduled date and time along with following documents, otherwise thetender form may be treated as invalid.1) Ownership of suitable , state of the art CT Scanner capable of doing all types of CT scaninvestigations. tools as required for work should be possessed and submitted.2) Valid trade license or co-operative registration.3) Proprietary or partnership certificate of firm.4) Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.Earnest Moneya) Tender should be accompanied with the aforesaid earnest money in the requisite form failing whicha tender shall be summarily rejected.b)The above amount should be furnished in any of the following forms: -(i) In cash, to be deposited with the Chief Cashier, Eastern Railway, 17, N.S.Road, Kolkata-1creditable to allocation Deposit Misc/MRTS and the receipt Submitted along with the TenderDocuments.(ii) Deposit Receipt Pay Orders and Demand Drafts of the State Bank of India or any otherNationalised Bank by any Scheduled Commercial Bank approved by RBI (Govt.
