Tender form will be submitted in scheduled date and time along with following documents, otherwise the tender form may betreated as invalid.a) Valid trade license or co-operative registration of the firm.b) Proprietary or partnership certificate of firm.i) In case of Co- operative societies an attested copy of the certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Co-operativesocieties or other Authorized Officer and true copy of the by-laws of the group/ co-operative society.ii) In case of partnership firm, the copy of the partnership deed along with the copy of the certificate of registration issued by thecompetent authority.iii) In case of joint venture firm, the copy of the partnership deed, along with the copy of the certificate of registration issued by thecompetent authority.iv) The copy of the power of Attorney of the managing partner to sign the tender document should also be enclosed with thetender.c) Credential certificate will have to be submitted for similar nature of work as proposed, which has been performed within last 03years in Govt. or semi-govt. organization with satisfactory performance.d) Banker’s Certificate for financial soundness.e) Proprietary or partnership certificate for lorry / tractor cum trailer or Legal agreement from the lorryowner/transporter for using lorry in Railway garbage cleaning contractor the particular specific period.f) All valid Tax Clearance Certificate and registration of hiring/ownership of the transport.g) With respect to Railways, the credentials/ experience certificate should have been issued by at least a JA Grade Officer.However, the credential/ Experience certificate issued by Sr. scale Officer in their capacity, as Co-coordinating/ in- charge officerof a unit will also be accepted. With respect to other Government Departments and ( public Sector undertakings ) PSUs, thecertificate issued at the level of Executive Engineer and above can be taken as valid. Certificate issued by private parties for theexecution of the work will not be considered.h) All documents are support of fulfillment of eligibility criteria should be furnished along with the tender and should be available atthe time of tender opening. Tenders not accompanied by documentary evidence in support of eligibility criteria will be rejected. No.(c) defines as follows:As per schedule followed in cleaning tenders so far in medical department similar nature of work in mechanized cleaning tendermeans cleaning works including the use of machines such as:i) Mechanized sweeping machine, ii) Mini Scrubber & dryer, iii) High pressure water jet, iv) Heavy duty scrubber & dryerv) Heavy duty vacuum cleaner, vi) Cesspool emptier with High pressure Jet & High power suctionThese machines should have been used for cleaning station, colonies, desludging of drains, septic tanks, sewer lines inGovt. or Semi govt. organization.Similar nature of work in manual cleaning include works involving:a) Rag picking in tracksb) Cleaning of roads, drains, staircases In Govt. or Semi Govt organizationc) Collection & final disposal of garbage .Earnest Money should be deposited through Bank Draft from any Nationalised Bank in f/o FA&CAO /E.Rly/ Kolkata.Tender form will be received in sealed tender box kept in the Office of the Chief Medical Director/E. Tender forms will be received through Regd.Post within due date and time of last date of submission 03/05/11 by 14.00 hrs.
