Please read and sign before returningBy signing this form you agree to the following:- I fulfil the eligibility.- I have foundation level skills in the craft discipline I am applying for.- I am available for a potential casting day, date TBC in May 2011 in Dublin.- I am available for all dates required for filming between June and August2011.- I am available for a two-week residential course, dates TBC between Juneand August 2011.- I am not a pr<strong>of</strong>essional craftsperson.
