Examples of Tests• Correlation• Allows an examination of the relationship between variables; isthere a relationship between these variables? Are they positivelyor negatively related?• A correlation coefficient of 0 means that there is no relationshipbetween the variables, -1 negative relationship, 1 positiverelationship.• Important: Correlation is not causation.• Ex.
