Month 13, 19xx Page 2Letter to MalloryDear Mallory,The town isunhappy when Atticusis defending Tom Robinsonbecause everyonethought that whites werebetter than blacks. Atticusis the only one inthe town who is willingto defend him. He’s theonly one who will tellpeople what’s right andnot care what people sayto him about it. Atticusis not a racist person, sohe does not mind defendingTom Robinson. Hedoes not care who hedefends, he is a goodlawyer, and knows whenMastheadthe truth should be told.I don’t think it matterswhat color skin you have, innocent people shouldnot be punished for othersmistakes. Tom Robinsonis blamed for trying to dothings to Mayella whenreally she came onto him.Just because he’s blackdoes not mean that he hasto be blamed. He got putto death for somethingsomeone else did. I thinkits horrible. Somethingshould change, and morepeople should be willingto do what is right.Sincerely,Name of PaperAddressMaycomb, ALProduced for Ms Hogue’s CyberEnglish class, SheboyganFalls High School, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085Editor: First Last InitialReporter: First Last InitialReporter: First Last InitialInterview with Arthur “Boo” Radleyby: Justice BrubakerToday wehad our reporter,Justice Brubaker, interview Arthur“Boo” Radley. This is the onlyinterview hewill ever dowith anybody. He explains hischildhood andhis adult life.
