Beard Super Seats 

Super Seats are constructed of 3/4”X .049” steel frame, that is 

MIG welded for superior strength. Seats have layered foam padding 

for support and comfort, and covered in Naugahyde and dylon 

fabric for durability and breathability. Fully slotted for seat belts, 

and built with easy-mount brackets, these seats are designed to 

make installation a snap. Super Seats are available in a wide 

range of colors, sizes, and configurations.

Pro Series Seats 

Our pro-series seats are avaliable in a number of styles 

to fit your application. All seats are constructed with a 

double-wall polyethylene shell, covered in a comfortweave 

padded black vinyl, and are fully slotted for seat

Additional colors include red, blue, grey, hot pink or lime

The Snell Memorial Fountdation ® rates helmets into two rating categories: “M” and “SA”. “M” is rated for 

motorcycles and other motorized vehicles. “SA” is rated for use in competetive auto sports. Two key differences 

between the ratings are as follows: an “SA” rated helmet has a thicker eyeshield than an “M” rated helmet. Also, 

the lining and chin strap of an “SA” helmet must pass a flame resistance test. There are many other tests that

General Custom Suit Information 

While stock sizes and designs will satisfy most drivers, 

you or your sponsor may have specific requirements. 

We can have custom suits sewn to fit your measurements 

and special needs. Send us your drawings and 

complete measurements - or let us design a suit for you. 

Keep in mind that designs which deviate from stock 

appearing suits arae subject to charges for special 

trim, overlays, custom embroidery, etc. The final 

design will determine the final price. Call for a quote. 

Materials 

PBI/Kevlar - The best fabric available for fire, heat, and 

cut protection. Natural tan (the material can not be dyed). 

Used as an outer layer on our premium suits, and as an 

inner layer when light weight and comfort are important. 

PBI/Nomex - A new-generation fabric that combines 

the light weight and greater protection of PBI with the 

dyability of Nomex. Available in red, blue and black. 

CUSTOM SUITS 

Nomex - Available as a filament (gloss white) Nomex, 

or Nomex III, in natural, red, royal blue, navy, black, yellow, 

or orange. (Note: the dyes used to color Nomex III 

are not fire-retardant, and for this reason we recommend 

multi-layer configurations. As a single-layer, 

Nomex III gives better protection than filament Nomex.) 

Additional Insulating Layers - PBI needle punch batting, 

lofted insulating layers, or Kevlar blends. All can 

be combined to give the degree of fire and heat protection 

required. Chosen with regard to cut protection, light 

weight, insulating properties, and moisture regain. 

Construction 

For the best protection, we recommend multi-layerd 

quilted suits in natural colors. Two-piece suits can be 

made, but offer the possibility of separation and exposure 

to fire. Many professional suits incorporate knit 

panels to provide comfort and flexibility, and enhance 

the fit of one-piece suits.
