FINAL PROVISIONS5781 Unforeseen contingencies and force majeure<strong>The</strong> Executive Committee shall have the final decision on any matters notprovided for in these <strong>Statutes</strong> or in cases of force majeure.82 DissolutionIf <strong>FIFA</strong> is disbanded, its assets shall be transferred to the supreme court of thecountry in which its headquarters are situated.
