GearX ensures fast locking. The positive locking meshing of the locking
nut in the bar grooves requires only a short flow of force inside the
unit. The enclosed locking unit is located behind the moving clamping
platen and is protected continuously. Due to the tidy and optimized design,
the ejector area remains clear and broadly accessible as usual.
Depending on the need, customer-specific ejector drilling patterns,
ejector plates, boring units or rotary distributors can be placed behind
a moving platen as the situation warrants.
Comfort and efficiency for the entire machine The accessibility of
the clamping area, ejector area and nozzle area as well as control
cabinets and the pump chamber are a high priority for the GX series.
Thanks to the accessible design, the operator works efficiently and
very comfortably at all times. Short set-up times and simple maintenance
are advantages that speak for themselves. GX: This is usability
