Julie Fowler, R.N.; Cindy Canida-Woodward,R.N., M.S.; and Cathy Slusser, R.N., M.S., recently passed thecertified emergency nurse (CEN) examination administered bythe Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing.“Achieving certification in a specificarea allows the R.N. to demonstrateexpertise in their field,”says Bernadine Wallace, R.N.,MSN, chief nursing officer. “Theseare dedicated, experienced nurseswho have gone above and beyondto provide the safest and best careto their patients, and I commendthem for their efforts.
