I get most of theEuropean and Native american(EA/Native American) from my mother. My father who is a fromthe Gullah people/Beauford, SC are have very strong african genes and cultural affinities. Theeast Asian result were confirmed as Native American. This category overlaps and can be either orsince Native americans had East Asian Origins coming from Asia. My maternal side traces back toa full blooded Native american ancestor North Carolina. Susan/Kila Ashe??? Born 1827 probablyin Guildford, NC. My haplogroup came back as A, confirming American Indian Maternal decent. The 13% European also comes from the Native americans intermixing with many Mulattoancestors. Many of the mulatto ancestors were of Irish origins who had children with African-American women. There was absolutely NO surprise in the results - and given that Iam by nature a cynic, this was in itself a bit of a surprise. I would have expected to see at least atrace of unknown admixture from somewhere, but apparently this is not the case.Email address (To use delete '-Friday-' and add @ sign in that position): glen-Friday-glentodd.netGuest: Beaugrand Jacques PierreGuest's Website: http://cerbere.caDate-Time: Monday, November 14, 2005 at 13:47:58 (CST)My Expected Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 95, 0, 5, 0My Actual DNAPrint Results for IE,EA,NA,SSAF Population Groups: 95, 0, 5, 0file:///D|/KERCHNER.COM/dnaprintlog2005.htm (4 of 21)3/8/2010 8:12:17 PM
