Digital signatureDear Customers,This to inform you that, requirement of Digital Signature from buyers has been made mandatory by M/s WesternCoalfields Ltd for participation in Forward e-Auctions with immediate effect., Class III-B digital signature certificates wouldbe required participation in mjunction e-Auctions from now onwards. The digital signature certificates have to be fromlicensed certifying authority (CA).Participation will not be allowed without valid Digital Signature.To make the process of obtaining Digital Signature convenient , these signatures are being made available frommjunction services ltd. However, the customers have the right to buy the digital signatures from other CAs and use thesame for participation in mjunction auctions.The process for buying Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from mjunction services ltd is a two-step process :Step 1 >> Submit your DSC form and documents• The Customer should be registered with mjunction before buying a digital certificate• Registered customer should download the "DSC form" and take a print of the DSC form• Fill up the DSC form (only Page 1 of Form-A and Page 1 of Form-B)• Download the "Authorization Letter" and take a print of the authorization letter• DSC fees should be in the form of Demand Draft /Pay Order, drawn in favour of "mjunction serviceslimited".Demand Draft /Pay Order to be submitted in the scheduled branches of HDFC banks only by using theCMS Deposit slip, available in the branches mentioned under below. For bank branch details log on to our websiteauction.valuejunction.in.• CMS Code – MJVJDSC• Send the filled up DSC form, authorization letter-n code, authorization letter-mj,& necessary documentslist, to the address of mjunction services ltd mentioned below.• DSC form, authorization letter-ncode, authorization letter-mj, & necessary documents list is available inour website auction.valuejunction.in.• DSC Price:- Special Price of each DSC (with e-token) - Rs.2537/- .• All forms are attached belowThe DSC issued is a Class III-B certificate valid for 1 Year only.Step 2 >> Receipt of DSC and e-token• On successful enrollment of your DSC is ready for use• DSC kit containing one CD and one e-token/pen-drive will be delivered to you• Enrolled DSC will be pre-enabled in https:\\auction.valuejunction.in which can be verified by the user loginDuly mark the envelope as "APPLICATION FOR DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE"mjunction services limited Local Registration Authority
