Recipe of the WeekCinnamon Graham Bars1 stick softened butter1/2 cup light brown sugar1 egg2 tbsps milk1 tsp vanilla2 cups crushed cinnamon grahamcrackers (about 16 wholecrackers)1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes1/2 cup chocolate chipsPreheat oven to 350°. Grease a9-inch square pan. In a large bowl,beat butter and sugar untilcreamy; add egg, milk and vanilla,mix until well blended. Mixturewill be grainy.
