PRE QUALIFICATION FOR VENDORS SUPPLYINGGLOWSIGNS(backlit)/SIGNBOARDS(unlit)ANNEXURE-IThe Vendors must meet the following eligibility criteria : -01. The party should be complete solution provider within the Uttar Pradesh,wherever the glowsigns/signboards are required, the party should be capableof visiting the branches/offices and taking the dimensions and installing therequired board within a maximum period of 45 days.02. The party should have minimum 3 years of experience and should haveprovided minimum 50 glowsigns with media/fascia of LG/3M or equivalentmake to a single party viz; any bank,corporate or organization of repute.03. The party should have a service set up within the State, preferably atLucknow/Kanpur/Allahabad/Bareilly, the details of which must be provided.04. The party or its group having same owners / directors and same postaladdress should be having minimum annual turn over of Rs.40 lacs(Rs.FortyLakh) within any of last 3 financial years.05. Vendor must ensure compliance with all statutes,laws,rules and regulationsof the Central or State Government or any other authority such as theWorkmen’s Compensation Act,Payment of Wages Act,Minimum WagesAct,Employees State Insurance Act, Employees Provident FundAct,Apprentices Act,Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, etc,andany/all other applicable statutes and all modifications thereof,in connectionwith labour/employees engaged by the Vendor or his Sub-contractors in thework.Vendor must have furnish to Bank the copy of its PF Code & ESI Codeallocation letter.06. The party must substantiate all claims made in the tender documents07. The bidder must submit the bid strictly as per the format mentioned in thetender.08. Bids received after the prescribed date & time shall be rejected summarily.09. Incomplete informations & Non compliance of the terms and conditions shalllead to rejection of the application and no further correspondence will beentertained in this regard.10.The rates should be in ‘Square Feet’ and should include cost ofTransportation & installation etc. VAT,Service Tax & Octroi (wherever applicable)is payable additionally.Any other cost should be mentioned clearly.
