Slight modifications may haveto be considered when installing into othertypes of applications.racewayPlease find “Smart & Easy templates” providedin product package. Templates can be placedon ceiling or mounting Surface surface wiring so that ACTUALwires, screws, and center position is accurate.Surface wiring2. Fasten the lighting assembly by using thetwo screws included with lighting assembly, and makesure the screws are secured properly. It is recommendedthat a 2.0mm hole size (this may vary somewhat dependingon type of mounting surface material) be drilledto a 11mm depth. The total screw length is 23mmwith 18 mm length remaining after washer and lockwasher is mounted. The length of the screw remainingbehind the assembly will be 10mm. It is the customer’sresponsibility to ensure that no damage occurs to theinternal structure of mounting wall or any wiring/ othercomponents inside the mounting surface.3. Follow the procedure as shown in the left figure to avoidthe assembly coming loose due to vibration.4. Using low voltage 12/24VDCprovides reliable dimming without fluctuation or instability. Flatcontrol knob turns clockwise to click on. Then light outputincreases smoothly with further clockwise movement. Thedimmer features IP54 level of normal dust and water protectionperformance.
