Why a high cholesterol level
does not cause arteriosclerosis
Chronic cellular nutrient deficiency
Artery wall
weakened
Arteriosclerosis
develops
For far too long the billion-pound pharmaceutical industry
has artificially kept alive the claim that high blood levels
of cholesterol and other risk factors damage artery walls,
leading to arteriosclerotic deposits.
Since the discovery of the link between scurvy and heart
attacks, this assertion is no longer sustainable.
A high cholesterol level is not the cause of arteriosclerotic
plaque. In reality, the cause is a chronic deficiency of
cellular nutrients which weakens the artery walls and
makes them fragile.
The discovery of the link between scurvy and heart
attacks changed the world.
Our attention can no longer be distracted by symptoms –
such as a high cholesterol level – but should rather be
directed at the truly decisive factor: the stability of the
artery walls.
