The written participation card, issued by the Participant, based upon present terms of participation, constitutes the basisfor realizing the declaration of participation by the Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o. o. The number of participants, aswell as order for the presentation or exhibition stands of the firm, is provided on the participation card.2. The deadline for declaring the participation, presentation as well as ordering the exhibition stand of the firm, expires onMay.06 2005.3. The amount in consideration of the participation, presentation or exhibition stand of the firm, is dependent on the date ofsending the participation declaration, and making payment to the account of the Organizer, in accordance with pricesprovided on the participation card.4. The Organizer, Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o. o. shall not be responsible for the contents of the presentation andadvertising materials presented.Participation cancellation:1. The Participant may cancel the participation in the Trenchless Engineering Live 2005 Conference. The cancellationrequires the form in writing, otherwise void and invalid.2. The cancellation of the participation following the participation declaration and the confirmation of its receptionproduces the obligation of paying liquidated damages, which, depending on the cancellation date, will amount to:- before 06.05.2005 – 30% of total amount- before 20.05.2005 – 60% of total amount- after 20.05.2005 there is no possibility of cancellationInsurance:1. The Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o. o. shall not be liable for the accidents of persons and damages on behalf ofParticipants, for any reason, except for the damages for reasons attributable to Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o o, whichare obvious and supported by the valid verdict of the court.2. The Participant shall be undertaken to promptly notify the Organizer of any accident, damage or detected hazards forhealth or property.3. The Participants are recommended to hold the insurance from civil liability, arising from the participation in theconference and shows organized by the Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o o, as well as have their exhibits insured.Payment terms:1. The participation card constitutes a basis for invoice issuance.2. The Commissioning Party expresses its consent for the issuance of the VAT invoice by the Inżynieria BezwykopowaSp. z o o in respect of the order realization without the signature of the Commissioning Party.3. The payment in consideration of the participation, presentation or exhibition stand in the course of the TrenchlessEngineering Live 2005 Conference shall be made on the date provided on the invoice sent to the Participant, however,not later than by May 062005.4. Should any delay in making payments occur, the Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o o shall be entitled for burdening theParticipants with the statutory interests from the amount due, as well as any other costs related to pursuing amounts due.Hotels booking:1. The sequence of orders determines the possibility for hotels booking.2. The cards for booking the selected hotel should the sent by fax on +4812 637 38 89 phone/fax: +4812 623 1030, 637 45 55.3. The conclusive booking of the selected hotel should take place following making payment in accordance with the hotelbooking card, to the account of Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o.o., not later than by May.06.2005.Following the reception of the transfer, the Inżynieria Bezwykopowa Sp. z o.o. will immediately issue the VATinvoice.4. After May 06.2005. the Organizer shall not guarantee the possibility of booking the hotels proposed on the hotelbooking card attached.Final provisions:1. The Participants taking part in the Trenchless Engineering Live 2005 Conference shall be undertaken to adhere to theprinciples and regulations of the statutes.2. The court proper for settling any disputes that may arise from the agreements with the Participants is the materiallyproper court in Cracow.3. The present statutes shall be applicable to the Trenchless Engineering Live 2004 Conference, to be held during May 8-9. 2005.
