CGM(HR) Bhopal's letter No.CMD/MK/01/Estt/1582 dated31.05.2011.Various correspondence have been made by this office to CGM (BR),Bhopal/Gwalior and all General Manager (O&M)/(City), MPMKVVCL, forimplementation of New Pension Scheme (NPS) for the employees of regularestablishment recruited on or after January, 2005 by the Company.As per directives of the GoMP, Energy Deptt., dated 20.01.2010, toimplement NPS in the Company, it is essential to register each employee/officer in the NPS for allotment of Permanent Retirement Account Number(PRAN). For this process Form S-1 is required to be filled up in his/her ownhand writing alongwith passport size colour photograph and signatures atthe required places. It is regretted that even after reminders most of theemployees/officers have not sent the Form S-1 duly filled in and due to that theprocess for registration of all the employees/officers is held up.Therefore, you are instructed to direct A.O., Accounting Units to hold thesalary of the employees/officers who have not submitted the Form S-1 as perthe list enclosed.
