He said that theMMA government has launched ascheme to give loans to farmers ata very low mark up. But the newgovernment has dumped thescheme. He demanded that reliefshould be provided to smallfarmers under the prime minister’spackage. He also demanded thatthe cause of strange disease inpeach and plum fruit orchardsshould be investigated.
