Conclusion• Government of Mongolia places strong emphasis on the provisionof better quality communications to rural and remote areas• Introducing ICT to the agriculture, manufacturing, services andgovernment sectors is one of the priorities for the development ofMongolia• Once available, communication by satellite provides an importantinfrastructure which enables the transmission of information frommany points to many points as well as the implementation ofcommunications in short period of time• The experiences of developed countries show that they havesolved many ICT issues by launching national satellite
