SICKLE ASSEMBLIES FOR GLEANER(Formerly Allis-Chalmers/Deutz-Allis)Position the knife drive head segment, center segmentor segments (for sickle lengths above 13'6) and endsegment in the correct order.Install sections inproper position.Place top splice (marked top) withcountersink holes up.Install nuts with taper going down intotop splices. Tighten to 9 ft. - lbs.Position bottom splice(marked bottom) withcountersink holes down.Install splice bolts from bottom.
