Eine in die Scheibe eingebaute Polarisationsfolie höchster optischer Güteklasse erzeugt den typischen QuAttroflEX-EffEKt: Störendes Streu- und
Blendlicht wird ausgefiltert und der Kontrast extrem verstärkt. Damit können Skifahrer zum Beispiel die Konturen des Skigeländes oder gefährliche
Eisflächen wesentlich besser erkennen und schneller darauf reagieren. A very high grade optical polarisation foil integrated in the lens produces the
typical QUATTROFLEX EFFECT: Distracting scattered light and glare is filtered out, greatly improving contrast. This enables skiers to recognise far more clearly
the contours of the ski terrain and hazardous ice surfaces and to react faster.
Eine Schicht photochromer Silber-Bromteilchen, die auf unterschiedliche Lichtintensität reagieren, erzeugt den typischen VArIoflEX-EffEKt:
je heller das Umgebungslicht, desto mehr dunkelt die Scheibe ab, bei schwindendem Sonnenlicht wird sie dagegen wieder heller. Zwischen 50 und 75
Prozent des einfallenden Lichtes kann die lichtsensitive VARIOFLEX-Scheibe somit absorbieren. Damit entlastet sie die Augen spürbar und man
ermüdet wesentlich langsamer. A layer of photochromic silver-bromide particles, which react to varying light intensity, produces the typical VARIOFLEX
EFFECT: The brighter the ambient light, the darker the lens becomes, while it becomes lighter again as the sunlight dwindles. Thus the light-sensitive
VARIOFLEX lens is capable of absorbing between 50 and 75 per cent of incident light. It tangibly decreases eye strain and one tires significantly slower.
