this publication and our symposium. We would like to extend
our gratitude to Isa Lang, Debbie Lipton, Ashley Spencer, Lorin
Geitner, and the rest of the staff from the Chapman University
School of Law’s Rinker Law Library. Our most sincere thanks go
out to Chapman University School of Law’s Director of
Communications, Professor Dave Finley, whose marketing and
technological prowess allowed our symposium to operate
smoothly and without a glitch. Finally, the Chapman Law
Review extends its deepest gratitude to our Faculty Advisors for
all of the time and effort they have committed to ensuring that
