Throughout the day the boys were involved in manyhands on experiments to learn how things work. Some of the favourites included the spinning chair, testing how fast you canthrow a ball, and racing against a professional athlete in a running race. Keen to test their skills at everything they learnt a greatdeal about how we use energy and the effects of force and motion in everyday life. These were great supplements to our unit ofwork this term, “Smooth Moves” where we have been looking at this in great detail.
