2Sew-ers of the MonthJanuaryAll the work that goes into sewing these stockings was appreciated bythe evening group! Jan Folkmier, from Union, MI, has made these for allthe members in her family, stitch by stitch, bead by bead, sequin by sequin!There was a three-way tie for first in the morning club! Anne Hiestand,from Chesterton, IN, impressed with her Thread Velvet pillow. MayRebischung from Bristol, IN, stitched all those tiny little pieces together forher miniature pineapple quilt. Deanna Smart, Goshen, IN, also won withone of the miriad of wonderful quilts she makes. All beautiful, ladies!

It had an official name, but Sheila liked the name herhusband gave it, so she calls it “Confetti.” She lives in Mishawaka, IN.Norma Shively from Hamlet, IN, started this Christmas quilt 15years ago.
