This compact logger accurately records temperature<br />

coatings curing data. easily set-up with or without pC and<br />
protected by an efficient heat barrier, it can travel in the<br />
production line, fitted with up to 6 thermocouples. Collected<br />
data can be printed out to a uSB printer, or downloaded<br />
to excel for qC or oven monitoring, and to supplied paint<br />
View analysis Software, specifically designed for the<br />
curing calculations in the paint industry. Sturdy and high<br />

Gradient Oven<br />
optimal curing and drying time are essential to ensure best<br />
coatings performances, mainly for conventional, high-solids,<br />
water-borne, powder paint technologies. Temperature, time,<br />
limits are key parameters to obtain optimal physical and<br />
appearance properties, e.g. hardness, flexibility, adhesion,<br />
durability, colour, gloss etc.<br />
The Gradient oven is designed to simulate the curing<br />
process. The apparatus is equipped with a microprocessor<br />
controlled heating bank of 45 elements, individually insulated<br />
and monitored by a pt100 probe.<br />
Constant temperature, linear gradient with max. 100° C<br />
difference, or step gradient can be accurately and easily<br />
programmed via a keyboard. Thus a test panel can be baked<br />
at various profiles.<br />
