COMMUNITY PROJECT ACTION PLANSPRIORITY AREAS AND ACTION PLANS TO DELIVERThe following tables outline the initial action plans developed for each of the priority areas as astarting point for projects.The Community Action Plans are developed to provide the community with a broad guidelinetoward achieving its objectives and overall goals over an initial five year period. TheCommunity Actions Plans are developed and owned by the community for the community as ashared vision for the future and are the responsibility of the community and shared partnershipswith Local, State and Federal Government.For each priority project the Meeniyan Community Plan Project Teams in consultation withSouth Gippsland Shire Council, District Community Groups and other Key Stakeholders asrequired, will manage and initiate implementation of projects as agreed. The following actionplans will be reviewed by the Meeniyan Community Plan Project Teams and also by thecommunity on an annual basis.18
